Netz Capital Management is part of a leading commercial real estate firm, Netz USA and Netz Group, with broad industry expertise, a powerful network of professional relationships including more than $1 billion in assets under ownership throughout the U.S. in New York City, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta with 2,500+ multi-family units adjacent to Yale University in New Haven, Conn.


Our robust property portfolio benefits from a forward-looking investment framework that generates attractive risk-adjusted returns through proprietary technology, value-added strategies, and operational asset efficiency improvements. Netz Capital Management was formed under the umbrella of Netz USA LLC and its parent company Netz Group Ltd. to manage new capital investments outside of the existing equity fund holdings and expand our current portfolio through partnerships with new private investors.


We are experts in operating and growing CRE investments to their maximum potential — and exiting at the optimal moment. We specialize in multiple property types including Office, Multifamily, Mixed Use, Flex, and Retail, primarily on the East Coast of the U.S. from New England to Florida. 


Our Team

The Netz Capital Management team brings unique expertise and resources with decades of experience buying, holding, managing and selling commercial real estate. We run a cohesive, hands-on operation with uncompromised professional and personal integrity. Core team members have been working together for more than a decade with an average of 25 years of CRE industry experience. 

Our team and operating staff have a proven track record of consistently improving asset performance over time resulting in superior returns for our investors. We take pride in managing our business with integrity, professionalism, and passion and are committed to providing the highest quality service and returns for our clients.


Tzvi Itzik MBA/CPA

Tzvi has been the CEO of Netz Group Ltd., since 2008 and Netz USA LLC since its inception. Tzvi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Netz Hotels Ltd.; Asim Investments Ltd.; Netz Group Ltd., and Netz USA Ltd. He also serves as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of Mendelson Infrastructures & Industries Ltd. He serves as a Director of Netz Hotels Ltd.

Menashe John Cohen LL.B., LL.M MBA, ESQ., PhD. Studies

A best-selling author with more than 2 million copies of law books sold, Menashe is a law professor, managing partner of Netz Funds, and since 2018, president of The Israeli Institute of Commercial Arbitration (IICA). He is an active investor, mediator and arbitrator focused on real estate, construction business, and high-tech. Previously he was the found of Machshavot Group.

Menachem Gurevitch

With more than 20 years of experience in asset management, portfolio management and private investing with a focus on maximizing revenue, Menachem has a proven track record as an owner/operator of a large, diverse portfolio of income-producing rental properties in the Northeast.

Frank Micali CCIM


With a 30-year career in commercial real estate from VP to COO, Frank has a demonstrated and impeccable track record within the CRE marketplace for optimizing assets and delivering strong financial returns. An executive known for his strategic and focused approach, he has completed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions during his career and is an expert in buying, selling, leasing, underwriting, and contract negotiations across all industry sectors. Frank has a strong professional reputation with brokers across the eastern United States and national reach through his affiliations with the prestigious CCIM Institute. Frank took on his first project with Netz in 2011 and hasn't looked back since. He is also the CEO and founder of Capitalize 360 Group LLC established in 2009.

We have the ability to source financing quickly through a strong national network of financial and banking partners. Our in-house debt and equity team, with extensive transactional experience across numerous asset classes and markets, can provide fast answers to nearly any financing concern.


We provide a full range of construction services with decades of experience in apartment renovations, tenant improvements, common area improvements, streetscape upgrades, rehab and disaster recovery. With rigorous attention to detail, our construction management team monitors every step of a project including evaluation of an asset’s physical condition, design to unlock potential lease/rental upsides, recommended capital improvements, scope of work, competitive bids, contracts, project schedules, budgets, and coordination of third-party professionals to ensure quality, monitoring and accountability.
